Peter Mullett has been fly-fishing for over 25 years.  He learned the sport from his grandmother when he as a young boy.  When Peter’s not busy fishing, he has another job as a private airline pilot.  Peter currently resides in Colorado where he frequently fishes the front range of the Rockies for trout.  For the past 8 years he has been exploring Taimen fishing in Central and Northern Mongolia.  Along with his partner, Ken Iwamasa, Peter runs a travel adventure company called MongoFly.  They specialize in custom tailored trips to Mongolia and elsewhere.  Peter is one of Americas leading authorities on the Elusive Hucho Taimen.  He has worked closely with local peoples on the conservation of these great creatures for years.  It didn’t take long for Peter to realize that Taimen are a special creature in deed, and that they could possibly face extinction if measures weren’t taken to ensure their preservation.  Now Northern Mongolia is one of the last remaining intact habitats for these ancient fish.  If you would like to learn more, contact Peter at www.mongofly.com.
